I began my creative journey in 2013 while caring for my parents. I needed an outlet and art became a daily chance to try new things and express my creative voice.
My love of nature and landscape are conveyed in my art, especially the colours and sights seen travelling & living in Canada, Qld, NT, Vic, and NSW.
I love to paint with acrylics (often with impasto techniques), acrylic inks, soft pastels, colour and pastel pencils, mixed media and occasionally oils. I love bold, vibrant colour and texture, lots of texture!
I am also a keen photographer and love taking photos of places, flowers, trees, animals – anything that is colourful and catches my eye as a possible painting reference photo!
